Day One: The One Sided Boho Braid  For the One Sided Boho Braid I did a simple dutch braid down one side of my head, pulling at the braid every 2-3 inches. It is much easier to pull at the braid while braiding than to try and pull it all at the end. Sweet Potato Toast Recipe  Recipe Video  Sooooo.... I lovee toast, if I could eat it for breakfast everyday I would. However, I am trying to reduce the amount of carbs I eat, (isn'teveryone?)  so starting my day off with two pieces of bread isn't going to cut it anymore. I tried this recipe for the first time this week and to my surprise it's actually delicious! It is only fair that I pass it along to anyone else who is looking to cut carbs, So here it is, a recipe for sweet potato toast. Ingredients Needed  Sweet Potato  Eggs  Salt & Pepper to taste Directions  Slice sweet potato into toast size slices. Sweet potatoes can be difficult to slice so be extra careful during this step.  Turn oven on to "broil."  Place sweet potato toast slices onto oven rack and cook for 5-7 minutes, checking frequently.  Time for Eggs!
