If you are looking for an intense scrub that gets deep down into the pores, look no further. This has been one of my all time favorite face scrubs because it really exfoliates the skin and leaves it feeling squeaky clean. Use this product 2-3 times a week alternating with a more gentle cleanser, overdoing it on this product can cause the skin to become irritated.

This product is for my girls on the go. These cleansing cloths leave your skin feeling hydrated and clean in just a few minutes. They come in a case that is perfect to throw in your gym bag or work bag. All you have to do is take out a cloth, wet it with water and rub in circular motions on your face and well-ah! Just throw the towel away when you are done and move on with your day. 

4.) Neutrogena Hydro Boost Hydrating Gel Cleanser $6.79 



This is the cleanser I like to use when my skin is feeling irritated. It has hyaluronic acid in it which attracts moisture to the face. It is gentle and soothing making it perfect for those days when your skin is acting up.

This face wash is the perfect combination of a scrub and a foaming cleanser. It has just enough exfoliants to scrub away dirt without being harsh. The foam starts to bubble up after the exfoliants have dissolved getting it deeper into the skin. This is the perfect scrub for everyday use.

Sweet Potato Toast Recipe  Recipe Video  Sooooo.... I lovee toast, if I could eat it for breakfast everyday I would. However, I am trying to reduce the amount of carbs I eat, (isn'teveryone?)  so starting my day off with two pieces of bread isn't going to cut it anymore. I tried this recipe for the first time this week and to my surprise it's actually delicious! It is only fair that I pass it along to anyone else who is looking to cut carbs, So here it is, a recipe for sweet potato toast. Ingredients Needed  Sweet Potato  Eggs  Salt & Pepper to taste Directions  Slice sweet potato into toast size slices.
