Five Days of Hairstyles and How to Replicate Them

Day One: The One Sided Boho Braid

For the One Sided Boho Braid I did a simple dutch braid down one side of my head, pulling at the braid every 2-3 inches. It is much easier to pull at the braid while braiding than to try and pull it all at the end. This look gave me serious bohemian vibes all day and I can see it being a summer favorite!

Day Two: Wrapped Ponytail

The wrapped ponytail is a staple in my hair looks. It is so easy to create and it turns a normal ponytail super-chic in just a few seconds. Most people try to achieve this look by wrapping the strand around the ponytail and bobby pinning it in place. I tried to do this a few times, but you could always see the bobby pins and they would start falling out mid day. Another way to achieve this look is with a Topsy Tail Hair Styler. This will work wonderfully, but what if you don't have one? Enter my hair hack. Start by putting the hair into a ponytail. Take another ponytail and put it vertically through the base ponytail so that there is a loop sticking out on the top and bottom. Take your strand of hair and wrap it around the base. The next step is where the real magic happens. Put the strand of hair through the top loop and then pull the bottom loop down through the base of the ponytail. That's it! You now had a wrapped ponytail with no bobby pins and no fancy tool.

Day Three: Halfway Double Dutch Braid

This hairstyle starts but brushing out your hair and parting it down the middle. Next, dutch braid one side of the hair, pulling at the braid halfway through and at the end. Duplicate this step on the other side and now you have halfway double dutch braids.

Day Four: Simple Twisted Bun

This hairstyle is PERFECT for when you are running late but you want something a little sophisticated. Honestly, this is my go-to running to target look.  To get this look first throw your hair up in a high ponytail. Next, separate the hair into two sections. Twist the first section going one way and the second section going the opposite,  then twist them together. Pull at the twist to make it look fuller. Wrap the twist around the base of the ponytail and secure with a few bobby pins. Grab your iced coffee and head to target!

Day Five: Double French Braid to Bun

This look is so easy to achieve. I wear this hairstyle to the gym at least three times a week. It is perfect for those days where you don't have time to run home after the gym before going to your next errand. Start this hairstyle by parting your hair into two sections. French braid both sections and secure with a small elastic. Bring all the hair together at the base of the neck and throw it into a messy bun. That is seriously it!
